Our definition of a Top Trending Agent is not necessarily someone who has been licensed to sell real estate the longest, makes the most money, or closes the highest number of transactions. That said, the majority of our members are ranked as top-performing agents in their MLS area based on their past 12-month closed home sales and transaction volume.
Are you a Top Agent in your market?
We ask most agents to complete a short online Quick Start Application Form by answering some straightforward questions about your business. Our network of agents pays an annual membership fee for a one-year featured profile listing on this website. If an area is not represented in our directory, and a buyer or seller contacts us, we are happy to refer them to a local top agent (referral fees apply).
Our agents are integral, long-standing members of their community who have a well-balanced portfolio of seller and buyer clients year after year. Although they focus their energy on a specific market, they stay informed on what is going on in markets around them and always have the best interest of their client in mind.
All agents are required to complete a quick survey before their renewal date so we ensure our network is up to date with only Top Trending Agents.
