TopTrendingAgent was founded by Ron Mariotti, a seasoned real estate professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. A licensed Washington State real estate broker since 2003, Ron has worked with both Coldwell Banker Bain and Windermere Real Estate, earning a reputation for his strategic insight and dedication to excellence.
What started as a passion, spotting standout agents, has evolved into a full-scale mission: to create the most dynamic, trusted real estate referral network on the planet.
Since first conceptualizing the TopTrendingAgent platform in 2013, Ron has traveled to over 30 countries studying global real estate marketing trends. This global perspective, combined with deep industry knowledge, led to the creation of a curated, data-driven platform connecting clients with the best real estate professionals in the business.

TopTrendingAgent is more than just a directory, it’s a trusted, agent-built platform for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. Every agent in our network has been carefully vetted using a systematic approach rooted in real-world experience, performance data, and marketing expertise.
We only feature agents who consistently deliver top-tier service and who stand out as leaders in their local markets.
How It Works
We offer two ways to connect people with top agents:

Membership-Based Network
Agents pay an annual membership fee to be featured on TopTrendingAgent. Each year, they must reapply to maintain their “TopTrendingAgent” status, ensuring our standards remain high. -
Referral-Based Placement
In markets not yet represented in our directory, we use our trusted system to connect clients with vetted top agents. Those agents then pay a referral fee, never charged to the buyer or seller.
