Top Trending Agent was founded by Ron Mariotti. His 19+ years of professional real estate industry experience led him to develop an idea. He understands what makes great real estate agents and believes there is a need for a network of top agents in today’s competitive marketplace. He used to find top agents for fun, now he does it for a living.
Ron has been a licensed Washington State real estate broker since 2003. REALTOR® with both Coldwell Banker Bain and Windermere Real Estate.
Since starting to conceptualize the Top Trending Agent real estate referral network in 2013, Ron has traveled to 30 countries studying global real estate agent marketing.
Ron decided to take his knowledge and systems to build a streamlined website to assist agents, buyers, and sellers with their top agent search.

This site is built by agents, for agents, buyers, and sellers. We are curating a network of the most successful real estate agents in the business that is free and accessible to the public.
We are very particular about adding agents to our network. Through our years of experience and knowledge of what makes a great REALTOR® we have developed a systematic approach to finding and screening only the best agents. We incorporate data and proven strategies into our selection process. We take a personalized approach to finding the best agents in the world so you don’t have to spend valuable time doing the research.
We look for Top Trending Agents who are leaders in their real estate communities and demonstrate their expertise through the delivery of valuable services and content. Our guarantee is to do our very best job to find you the top agent for your specific real estate needs.
How do we make money with Top Trending Agent?
Our network of agents pay a yearly membership fee to Top Trending Agent and are required to complete a renewal application every year in order to ensure their “Top Trending Agent” status.
Top agents in areas not yet populated in our directory agree to pay us referral fees (at no extra cost to buyers and sellers) when we use our reliable system to connect them to buyers and sellers.
